Deep Rest: Crystal Meditation & Sound Healing
Step into a quiet sanctuary where soft light, gentle fragrance and the subtle shimmer of crystals invite your whole being to exhale. Our Meditation Healing Session is designed as a pause from the noise of everyday life – a space where your body, mind and energy can slowly return to harmony.
You will be welcomed into a room carefully arranged with natural crystals and soothing aromatherapy. Each stone is chosen for its grounding, cleansing or heart-opening qualities, creating a field of calm around you. As you lie or sit comfortably, your facilitator begins to play a set of singing bowls – metal vessels that respond to touch with deep, resonant tones.

MINDFUL HEALING MOMENTS
The sound travels through the air like ripples on water, gently massaging the nervous system. Vibrations move through the body, loosening tension, softening tight thoughts and inviting your breathing to deepen. Many guests describe a light floating sensation, as if the mind becomes spacious and clear while the body feels heavy and safe upon the earth.
In this cocoon of crystal energy, sound and scent, you are not asked to “do” anything. Your only task is to receive – to notice how your heart begins to quiet, how your thoughts slow down, and how a subtle warmth or tingling might awaken along your hands, chest or spine. The session ends with a few moments of silence so you can gently return, carrying with you a renewed sense of clarity, softness and inner balance.
